Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Supervisor is a pivotal role that operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, safety protocols, sanitation practices, product storage processes, and replenishment strategies.
- Manage and direct Warehouse Associates in fulfilling customer orders and general warehouse tasks.
- Provide training and oversight to Associates on established quality standards, safety procedures, and sanitation best practices.
- Collaborate with Shift Managers to develop employee performance development plans and coach Associates in executing these plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety records, retention rates, productivity levels, and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular audits to assess Safety, Quality, Shrink, and Operational performance, promoting Associate ownership and responsibility in achieving results.
- Relevant warehouse experience; Team Lead or Supervisory experience managing 15+ associates is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in automation systems and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.
- SQL expertise is an added advantage.
- Associate Degree - General Studies, Bachelor's Degree - General Studies, or General Equivalency Diploma - General Studies.
The Warehouse Supervisor will work in various temperature-controlled environments, including Freezer (-20F to 0F), Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F), and Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F).
