About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced expert to help our organisation successfully adopt and leverage SAP Transportation Management (TM) for operational excellence.

This role focuses on change management, process optimisation, training, and project governance. The technical solution is already in place, and we need someone to drive business adoption and ensure maximum value from TM.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Change Management & Adoption
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to develop a structured change management and communication plan.
  • Guide the organisation through process change and adoption of SAP TM.
  • Process Optimisation
  • Review and refine transportation and logistics processes to align with industry best practices.
  • Provide recommendations for freight planning, carrier collaboration, settlement, and execution.
  • Training & Knowledge Enablement
  • Develop and deliver targeted training sessions to end users, key users, and leadership teams.
  • Produce clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Project Governance & Coordination
  • Support client-side project governance and coordination, working alongside solution architects and the build team.
  • Coordinate activities across business, IT, and external vendors to drive alignment.

Required Expertise & Skills

  • Core SAP Expertise
  • Deep understanding of SAP TM configuration and business processes.
  • Proven experience in advisory and post-implementation roles with SAP TM.
  • Strong background in U.S. transportation/logistics processes.
  • Advisory & Change Management
  • Experience delivering organisational change, user adoption strategies, and training programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project Management
  • Ability to support client-side project governance and coordination.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programs.
