Head of Brazilian Sales Leadership

The Director of Sales role is a high-level position that demands strong leadership and strategic skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the Brazilian market.
- Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure sales targets are met.
- Foster relationships with key retail partners and customers to increase market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze market dynamics and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in leading sales or marketing teams in Brazilian markets for consumer products or beverages.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing; Master's degree preferred.
- Sales leadership experience, including coaching an international sales team.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with ability to manage sales metrics and promotional budgets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English required, with Spanish as an asset.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally on a regular basis.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
