Java Developer Opportunity

This is a mid-level Java developer position that involves project-based development work for U.S. clients.

The Job
  • You will be integrated into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • We require 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • A successful completion of a four-year college degree is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in Java development with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming and core Java principles is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot is necessary.
  • Solid experience with SQL databases and query optimization is a must.
  • Practical experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar) is expected.
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows is required.
  • Practical experience across the full software development lifecycle, with a track record of delivering scalable, maintainable solutions is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize applications are desired.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js) or backend frameworks (Node.js) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed is essential.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications is required.
  • Forensic attention to detail is a must.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude are expected.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams is a plus.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems is preferred.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work is a must.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of our clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them is essential.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week is required.
