Recruiter - Czechia

We're seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at Roihunter, a start-up originally from Brno, CZ, now operating worldwide. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our company, helping us scale our digital promotions and commercial activities.

As a key member of our People Team, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the best candidates for the job. You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and will be the face of our company to potential candidates.

We're looking for someone with a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the Czech job market. You'll have a proven track record of successfully filling roles and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

You'll be a strong communicator and will be able to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. You'll also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
