Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Company Secretary to join our Corporate Solutions team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing company secretarial and corporate governance services to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide company secretarial and corporate governance services to corporate clients, ensuring compliance with company law requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of clients with varying Cosec responsibilities, ensuring a collaborative servicing approach with all corporate solution functional teams.
- Prepare and maintain company records, including registration office filings, UBO reviews, and BOR maintenance.
- Develop and implement procedures and processes to enable scalable growth of our client base.
- Establish and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Work with the Team Manager to implement transformational projects, including automation using tools such as Board Intelligence and Otter.
- Collaborate with all Corporate Solutions teams to ensure a cohesive service to clients across different disciplines.
- Qualified or part-qualified ICSA/IBGC preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in a business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
- Proven ability to embrace efficient use of systems and platforms.
