Business Development Operations Manager

As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. With millions of products distributed annually to loyal customers, we rely on talented and driven individuals like you to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Review daily work forecasts to meet overall building objectives and determine productivity requirements.
- Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor, ensuring efficient shifts while achieving all goals.
- Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe work environment for all associates.
- Proactively identify and lead initiatives for process improvement using Lean tools.
As a leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results by ensuring your team of warehouse associates provides accurate and timely orders to customers. You will drive and lead change at speed, leveraging innovation to stay ahead.
Key qualifications include advanced English skills, employee management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
