Job Role: Project Coordinator

A highly skilled and proactive professional with experience in project management is required to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery.

This role is crucial to supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, with a strong emphasis on technology and information systems. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor medium to high-complexity projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive results through structured methodologies and a hands-on approach.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, RACI matrices, and status reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with both traditional methodologies (e.g., PMBOK) and Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms.
