About the Role:

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to manage the System Verification Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge verification technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technical experts in the System Verification Group, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement verification strategies and methodologies to ensure the highest quality of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our offerings.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in functional verification, with a strong background in SystemVerilog, UVM, and other verification methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technical experts.
  • Strong understanding of electronic design automation (EDA) tools and technologies, including simulation, emulation, and formal verification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
