Senior Manager - Tissue Operations

Rewards-based Consulting collaborates with a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation, programmed T cell therapies for cancer treatment.

The Senior Manager - Tissue Operations oversees the onboarding and performance of Apheresis and Treatment Centres for Clinical Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell Therapies.

This role serves as the technical operations single point of contact for Apheresis and Treatment Centres in designated regions.

  • Develop strong relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab, and Treatment Centre Staff.
  • Work with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to establish apheresis collection footprints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and collection site staff to ensure successful onboarding activities.
  • Communicate collection site on-boarding status to Clinical teams and develop mitigation plans for delayed timelines.
  • Perform technical site assessments, train collection centre staff, and attend site audits.
  • Provide Quality Systems support by participating in deviation activities and impact/investigation assessments.
  • Monitor and assess vendor performance and capacity after site launch.
  • Manage rollout of process changes and collect VOC/VOB feedback.
  • Collect and enter data into electronic data management systems.
