We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of the analytics department, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to drive business growth by informing strategic decisions with actionable insights.
About the Role- Data Strategy: Develop and monitor advanced metrics to measure business performance;
- Experimentation: Design and run experiments to analyze the impact of product changes on user behavior;
- Data Analysis: Conduct deep dives into data to evaluate proposed product changes and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers and other leaders to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights;
- Communication: Effectively communicate findings to cross-functional peers and management.
- Language Skills: Advanced English skills;
- Professional Experience: Senior or Staff level experience in Business/Data/Science roles;
- Data Expertise: Previous experience improving products, understanding user journeys, and extracting insights from data;
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL expertise, experience using Python or R, and familiarity with statistical modeling techniques.
Please note that this position is open to local professionals and those willing to relocate to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
