Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our growing Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data pipelines that enable efficient data integration, storage, and processing across various data sources.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and support data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in developing scalable, high-performing, secure, and reliable data pipelines will drive business growth and deliver impactful results.

As a leader in your field, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to the development of our data architecture. You will also have the chance to engage in ongoing research and adoption of new technologies, libraries, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the capabilities of our data team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines that integrate and process large datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and inform business decisions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of our data science team
  • Engage in ongoing research and adoption of new technologies to enhance our data capabilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer
  • Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
