Identity Intelligence Leader

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our Identity Intelligence product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in driving successful engineering teams. You will be responsible for leading and growing a team of talented engineers, collaborating with designers, product managers, operations, and cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical excellence with business priorities in the critical domain of identity and security. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee the hiring process for your team, partnering with recruiting to grow a diverse and inclusive team with expertise in areas like distributed systems, data engineering, and security.

About the Role

As an Identity Intelligence Leader, you'll oversee talented engineers working closely with designers, product managers, operations, and cross-functional partners. Your primary responsibility is driving successful execution of our product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions meeting customer needs and business objectives.

You'll foster a collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and synergy amongst team members. This role suits a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, balancing technical excellence with business priorities in the critical domain of identity and security.

Key Responsibilities
