Aromatic Perfumer Leader

In this role, you'll drive success by developing winning fragrances for clients' brands. With a growth mindset, leadership, and expertise in Home Care evaluation, you'll be a close partner to perfumers, shaping olfactive & development strategies and anticipating business needs.

1. Win/Defend business profitably by leading pro-active and reactive fragrance development projects of major size & strategic importance and by developing olfactive vision at regional & global levels;
2. Identify business opportunities;
3. Lead & coordinate global fragrance development network by bringing vision, strategy and focus and communicating efficiently internally and externally;
4. Define, drive, implement and follow-up relevant action plans mobilizing regional FDMs, perfumers and any other relevant functions;
5. Support sales effort, interacting with clients on weekly basis, at any level of management, building strategic working relationships, delivering impactful presentations to clients and acting as an olfactive advisor when required.

• Previous experience in fragrance development, preferably in Home Care category;
• Winning team spirit;

• Consumer Insight analysis;
• Fluent in English.
