Role Overview:
As a senior capacity planning expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive partner engagement and improve platform capacity attendance. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless customer delivery experiences by incentivizing partners to meet platform targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously refine the KPI model based on platform requirements and partner performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the KPI model and align it with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in capacity operation, marketplace balance, or 3PL performance modeling.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or operations research.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools.
