O Que Você Vai Fazer?
  • Relacionamento Ativo: Ser parceiro principal do nosso cliente entendendo suas dores e ajudando a expandir sua atuação;
  • Fomentar Originação: Estimular e apoiar a originação de operações atuando com visão consultiva educativa e foco em metas;
  • Aprovação de Propostas: Acompanhar fluxo de propostas junto à mesa de operações buscando avanço e aprovação para maximizar ganhos;
  • Crescimento de Carteira: Ampliar carteira de clientes focando em volume financeiro e recorrência;
  • Onboarding e Treinamento: Garantir que novos clientes aproveitem todo potencial promovendo experiência diferenciada desde primeiro contato;
  • Resolução de Problemas: Antecipar obstáculos propor soluções criativas e garantir jornada fluida;
  • Feedback e Evolução: Ser voz do cliente sugerir melhorias contínuas no produto e atendimento.
Requisitos:
  • Graduação em Administração Marketing Comunicação ou área correlata;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em Customer Success vendas consultivas ou área similar;
  • Experiência com produtos e serviços bancário (diferencial).
