• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills
• Nice-to-haves: previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
