As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing and updating contact and company information using ZoomInfo, organizing and maintaining large datasets in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across internal systems, preparing spreadsheets and reports to support sales outreach, and collaborating with the team to optimize lead lists and data processes.
This role is ideal for an individual who is proficient in Microsoft Excel, has experience using ZoomInfo for lead sourcing or research, possesses strong attention to detail and data accuracy, and can work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities- Sourcing and updating contact and company information using ZoomInfo
- Organizing and maintaining large datasets in Excel
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across internal systems
- Preparing spreadsheets and reports to support sales outreach
- Collaborating with the team to optimize lead lists and data processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables a plus)
- Experience using ZoomInfo for lead sourcing or research
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
