Home Health Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, working with autonomy and flexibility.

About the Role:

You will work directly with clients, providing medication administration, physician-ordered treatments, and other necessary care. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your clients.

Current Opening:

This is a full-time opportunity with 10 hours shifts per week, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm. You must be able to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

Medication administration per physician ordersPhysician ordered treatments for nutrition via a feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning nasal, oral and/or endotracheal, ventilation care, and seizure assessment and treatmentOngoing assessments and development of individualized care plans

Requirements:

Active Texas RN licenseBLS CPR certificationExperience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
