Senior Automation Tester Role

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned automation testing professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in automation testing and work on challenging, dynamic projects.

In this role, you will design and execute automated testing strategies, identify potential issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and reliable applications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automation testing principles, experience with various testing tools, and the ability to analyze software applications to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the software design team to define quality assurance standards and parameters
  • Analyze software applications to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement
  • Design and develop automated testing procedures for software applications
  • Review bug reports and pinpoint critical problem areas for resolution
  • Write and implement automation scripts to enhance testing processes
  • Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to address software quality challenges
  • Identify quality issues, document findings, and create comprehensive test reports
  • Work with the design team to resolve application issues and improve performance
  • Take ownership of learning relevant technologies and applications to complete tasks effectively
  • Conduct software testing in an Agile (Scrum) development environment
  • Adopt Scrum methodologies, actively engaging in team discussions, decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing
  • Proficiency in manual, automation, and API testing using tools like Postman, Playwright, and SpecFlow
  • Experience testing mobile applications and building/maintaining automation frameworks for Android and iOS
  • Familiarity with programming languages, particularly C#
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
