Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic projects, developing and implementing project management frameworks, and optimizing organizational processes.

">Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management frameworks, guidelines, and practices to support international operations.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational processes and operational tools to identify inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to manage key projects, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of expected outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline (e.g., business administration, engineering, or computer science).

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Internet/Technology field, with at least 1 year in international project management.

  • Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execute strategic initiatives efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, Portuguese proficiency is preferred.

  • High cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
