Key Position Summary

The role of French Implementation and Process Lead is a key position within the organization, responsible for overseeing the implementation of new payroll operations for clients and continuously improving existing processes.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Implementation:
    • Lead the implementation process for French Payroll operations for new and existing clients.
    • Collaborate with the Implementation team in client onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration with the client's specific payroll requirements.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate current processes, identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
    • Proactively suggest and implement enhancements that streamline workflows and increase operational effectiveness.
  • SILAE Add-Ons and Technology Exploration:
    • Regularly explore SILAE add-ons and additional functionality that could benefit clients and improve internal processes.
    • Lead the integration of new tools and solutions within the team and share findings to encourage best practices.
  • Team Support and Leadership:
    • Aid colleagues by providing expertise and support for complex issues.
    • Facilitate knowledge-sharing across the team and foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge Management and Documentation:
    • Establish and maintain a centralized repository of documented processes, procedures, and best practices.
    • Drive initiatives to standardize documentation, ensuring consistent access to resources and guidance for the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience implementing payroll into SilaExpert and processing payroll with SilaExpert software is essential.
  • Proven experience in multi-client / multi-payroll environments.
  • A highly motivated and driven professional, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Extremely organized and takes pride in their work.
  • English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Advanced level knowledge of Excel is required to manipulate data within an Excel Workbook.
  • Experience in managing multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements would be desirable.
