Job Description: Third Party Management Analyst

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of the Request Office, you will play a vital role in facilitating efficient resource utilization and providing the right competence and capacity at the right time.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming requests, assigning responsible personnel, and performing administrative tasks related to external contractor purchases.

  • Manage incoming requests and assign request responsible within the region.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to external contractor purchase (Pre-Requests, PO setups, PO Renewals & Change Requests, Job postings and Workorders).
  • Handle EBD and Fieldglass related activities (e.g., goods receiving).
  • Responsible for all user ID related activities.
  • Manage reports and handle invoices.
  • Gather local KPIs included in the report to different stakeholders (e.g., management team and region Request Office Manager, projects etc).
  • Inform stakeholders about the request process and provide support on how to use appointed tools.
  • Suggest continuous improvement within the request handling process and tool.
  • Maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders & external partners.
  • Secure local adherence to global methods / processes / WoW.
  • Execute local strategies.
  • Responsible for efficient communication and information flow.
