Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing plant in Aruja, Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes, maintaining high quality standards, and driving business growth.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
• Lead a team of operations professionals to ensure effective execution of production plans and schedules.
• Maintain high quality standards by implementing and enforcing quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A competitive salary range of R$120,000 - R$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
