- Develop business strategy for casualty treaties, aligning it with our market approach and risk appetite.
- Underwrite casualty automatic treaties, including coverage analysis, pricing, and negotiation strategies with clients.
- Monitor portfolio performance to adjust risk appetite and ensure profitability.
- Build relationships with clients, understanding their portfolio demands and pain points, and structure reinsurance solutions that meet their capital and risk requirements.
- Contribute to business generation by monitoring market development and opportunities, and supporting innovation initiatives.
- Develop studies and actuarial analysis to determine proper pricing and underwriting parameters.
