Sustainability Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sustainability Operations Coordinator to support our operational and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our offices and workshops, ensuring compliance with quality and EHS guidelines, and contributing to improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier and Operational: Negotiate with suppliers to maintain our facilities within company standards, manage utilities and telecommunications, oversee cleaning services, and ensure necessary supplies are available.
  • Parts and Workshop: Handle requests for parts and components needed for Jenbacher component repair activities, support the receipt and dispatch of workshop materials, and liaison with necessary departments.
  • Client and Billing: Prepare service quotes, support client contact and negotiations, manage purchase orders, invoices, and billing processes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management areas, schedule events, book hotels, and handle other necessary tasks.
  • Resource and Compliance: Manage material and third-party resources in a cost-sensitive way, ensure compliance with quality and EHS guidelines, and support safety audits.
  • Improvement Initiatives and Performance Indicators: Recommend improvements regarding operations initiatives and work with the services team to achieve service key performance indicators.
