Lead Golang Solutions

The Senior Golang Developer will spearhead technical initiatives, drive architecture decisions and ensure successful Golang solution implementation.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to development teams fostering informed decision-making and skill growth.
  • Hands-On Development: Engage in coding, debugging and troubleshooting while maintaining focus on architectural excellence.
  • Code Review: Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and architectural guidelines through thorough code reviews.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues within products.
  • AWS Expertise: Leverage AWS service knowledge to design and implement cloud-based solutions meeting business requirements.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation for architectural designs, coding guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams ensuring project success.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in software development with strong emphasis on Golang
  • Expertise in AWS services and cloud-native development
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) - a plus
