Job Overview

We are a remote, US-based company delivering high-impact digital experiences.

We work with mission-driven organizations and product teams to build scalable web platforms.

The Role

As a senior full-stack developer, you will help us deliver best-in-class WordPress-based solutions.

You will be working on high-scale web platforms using modern architecture, including headless WordPress setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality, maintainable full-stack solutions.
  • Lead or support development of custom WordPress themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks.
  • Build scalable headless architectures with WordPress as a backend (REST / GraphQL APIs).
  • Work with modern JavaScript tooling and frameworks (React, Redux, Node.js, Webpack).
  • Manage SQL databases and optimize performance.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, PMs, and QA.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
  • Advanced level of written and oral English proficiency.
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong experience with PHP and WordPress core development.
  • Experience with ACF, WordPress templating, custom post types, and plugin development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (including ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with React (especially Gutenberg block development) and Redux.
  • Familiarity with headless architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Proficient with Git, GitHub, and CI / CD tools.
  • Understanding of accessibility and performance best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development processes.
  • Strong UNIX / Linux command line skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with various frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Netlify).
