Brazil Financial Institutions Sales Strategist

The ideal candidate will drive the Financial Institutions Solutions Sales strategy to achieve and maintain a leading position with clients across all solution products for Financial Institutions in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a coordinated strategy across multiple product lines in the solution space, including Rates, FX, Equities, Commodities, and Credit.
- Achieving ambitious goals in market and wallet share from the client franchise in Brazil covering Banks, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Financial Sponsors, and FinTechs.
- Originating and executing meaningful Strategic/Solution transactions in Brazil.
- Partnering with other key businesses and functions such as Banking, CMO, and the network.
Experience, Skills, and Capabilities
- In-depth experience of markets products, clients, and business dynamics to originate and execute solutions business.
- Strong intellectual grasp of the industry and ability to anticipate and lead organizational response to future changes.
- Ability to translate vision into executable plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Credibility and gravitas to lead, motivate, and influence diverse population.
- Superior problem-solving skills: pragmatic approach to ensure limited resources are directed appropriately.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and attitude to develop new client relationships and partner with teams to build new capabilities.
