Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Consultant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As an Oracle Consultant, you will be responsible for managing Service Now, directing tickets to the Level 1 and Level 2 team, and providing customer service for ticket status placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Service Now to ensure efficient ticket management and resolution
  • Direct tickets to the Level 1 and Level 2 team as needed
  • Provide customer service for ticket status placement and respond to customer inquiries
  • Participate in Warroom to monitor incident SLA and ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT service management best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills for customer service and sending incidents to other analysts
  • Training in the IT area, with a focus on service management and technical support
  • Knowledge of SQL/programming logic and experience with Service Now
  • Support service experience, with a focus on incident management and customer service
