Engineering Director

Your Role:

As an Engineering Manager at Caterpillar, you will lead a high-performance team of product engineers to drive growth, deliver on target cost reductions, and achieve quality results. You will be responsible for managing short and long-term high-impact initiatives to contribute to the Earthmoving Enterprise Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of product engineers to design and develop technologies, components, systems, products, or services.
• Provide specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.
• Maintain product release plans and material plans, driving programs to completion on time, cost, and quality.

Requirements:

• College degree required.
• Advanced English and Portuguese language skills.
• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager is required.
