Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the upkeep of our facilities and equipment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and managing departmental performance metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources to optimize results
Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive maintenance experience, preferably in a senior-level position
  • Background in paper, wood, chemical, or metals industries is highly preferred
