Merchandise Verification Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Conferente de Carga e Descarga to oversee the accuracy of merchandise verification during entry, movement, and exit from inventory.

This role is responsible for maintaining product integrity and logistical information fidelity while ensuring efficient and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify merchandise upon entry, movement, and exit from inventory
• Support quality control and operational safety in the logistics chain
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with operational standards
• Supervise inventory accuracy and reconciliations
• Coordinate critical receiving and shipping processes
• Validate and approve non-compliance reports
• Propose and implement process improvements
• Work with KPIs to monitor performance
• Develop operational manuals and checklists
• Conduct technical meetings with leadership
• Support integration of new logistics systems
• Train and evaluate team members
• Represent the area in quality committees
• Ensure total traceability of verified products
• Perform sampling tests and failure analysis
• Participate in creating action plans with partner areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed
• Desirable training as a verifier or logistics operator
• Up to 1 year of experience
• Basic IT knowledge (data collectors, barcode reading, simple internal systems)
• Preferably male
• Desirable driver's license B
