Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client transformation strategies, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Report on project status to program managers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, ensuring timely task completion.
  • Participate in summary briefs and report risks/gaps to the Program Lead.
  • Collaborate with business owners and stream leads to ensure resource allocation and capacity planning.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP project management.
  • Proven track record in international contexts, with at least 3 entire lifecycles managed.
  • Experience in Pharma project implementation.
  • Ability to drive projects in multi-country environments, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ownership from design to execution.
  • Core Model and Roll Out implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with C-executives and business stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to travel (if required).
