Project Leadership Role

This leadership position oversees multiple projects and programs across the organization, leveraging agile methodologies to deliver value to stakeholders.

  • Develop program frameworks, incorporating project planning and agile practices.
  • Create a milestone-based program roadmap, executed through incremental achievements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting.
  • Monitor and control projects, assessing risks and opportunities.
  • Lead reviews with executive sponsors and stakeholders to identify needs and changes, guiding the development of suitable approaches.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of diverse experience in IS/IT projects and programs, increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships in project/program management.
  • Facilitating issue resolution in cross-functional environments.
  • Effective communication across various organizational levels.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English).
  • Experience working in global teams and virtual settings.
