Data Insights Specialist - Global Recruitment Expert (Contract)

  • This role is part of our Human Resources Services team.

We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date Power BI dashboards aligned with business needs.
  2. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
  3. Perform data transformation and cleaning to prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.
  4. Investigate and resolve data quality issues, proactively identifying anomalies and inconsistencies.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  6. Design and implement scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions that are visually compelling.
  7. Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
  8. Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Strong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Solid understanding of database management principles and relational data models.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data problems independently.
  • High attention to detail in report design and data validation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
