Job Opportunity:

In our organization, we seek a highly skilled professional to oversee and manage the implementation and operation of our HR Information System (HRIS).

This key role will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and align the system with our business needs.

As a member of our growing team, you will be responsible for processing employee data, producing HR-related reports, and collaborating closely with IT staff to ensure alignment with IT requirements.

You will also partner with business leaders to understand their needs and ensure the system meets those requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in an HRIS system, specifically with UKG, as well as a solid understanding of industry best practices.

Leadership experience is a plus, and prior system implementation is highly valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing implementation, maintenance, and enhancement services within our new UKG Ulitpro HRIS suite.
  • Vendor management and partnership related to project scope and implementation.
  • Collaborating closely with IT staff to ensure alignment with IT requirements.
  • Designing manuals and documents for data processing, system configuration, and system training.
  • Generating ad-hoc and recurring reports on benefits, hiring costs, employee data, etc.
  • Partnering with other business functions for system integration activities.
  • Owning and managing our HRIS daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with progressive working experience in an HRIS system, specifically with UKG.

A strong understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR is also required.

Candidates should have experience with HR database administration, system configuration, bug fix, report writing, etc.

Familiarity with Database, ATS, Performance Management, Payroll, and other full-suite HRIS system modules is essential.

At least 4 years of experience in HRIS Systems, preferably with UKG, is preferred.
