Job Title: Community Moderator

As a key member of our online community, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all users.

  • Monitor and moderate live chat to enforce community standards and policies.
  • Prevent spam, offensive behavior, and policy violations in real-time.
  • Engage with users professionally and supportively, promoting constructive interactions.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamer Monitoring & Content Oversight

Monitor live streams for compliance with internal guidelines and partnership agreements. Report on irregularities, breaches of conduct, or potential violations. Prepare and maintain internal reports on stream performance and chat activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Support, Marketing, and Partnerships. Share insights from community behavior to enhance user engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or similar industries.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and necessary equipment for support systems and tools.
