We are seeking an experienced endpoint engineer to join our team. Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with endpoint management, strong proficiency in NinjaOne or similar platforms, and a solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, patch, and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation.
  • Execute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.
  • Implement endpoint security policies and procedures as defined by management.
  • Monitor endpoint health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processes.
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint protection initiatives.
  • Participate in incident response for endpoint-related security events.
  • Assist in vendor evaluations and provide technical input for solution selection.
  • Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical endpoint issues.
Required Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience.
  • Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.
  • Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation.
  • Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.
  • Experience with security compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to read and speak fluently in English.
