Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our development process, you'll contribute to the creation of cutting-edge iGaming products, driving innovation and excellence in our applications and services.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with our team to design and implement complex backend solutions, leveraging your expertise in Java Spring Boot.
- Write maintainable and scalable code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, frameworks, and libraries relevant to Java backend development, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, estimating time and costs, and determining requirements and specifications.
- Develop, test, and deploy backend solutions to meet our clients' expectations.
- Provide ongoing maintenance for present and future projects, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and develop product roadmaps, driving innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with creative and development teams to execute ideas and projects effectively, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Write support documentation and provide training to internal and external users on the solutions provided, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Be willing to work extra hours when necessary, such as during GoLive deadlines or other critical project phases, to ensure project success.
- Utilize your knowledge in iGaming to enhance our solutions, meeting industry standards and expectations.
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot for backend development.
- Experience with Git Flow for version control.
- Familiarity with JPA (Java Persistence API) and Hibernate for database interaction.
- Knowledge of Redis for caching purposes.
- Familiarity with AWS SQS or RabbitMQ for message queueing.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and proficiency in JUnit for unit testing.
- Understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud services.
