Regulatory Data Manager

Our digital regulatory infrastructure is a groundbreaking platform that connects regulators and companies across 20+ countries.

This role is perfect for data enthusiasts, innovators, and technology professionals who want to grow with our organization.

As a Regulatory Data Specialist, you will be responsible for updating and organizing regulatory databases across multiple countries. You will structure efficient processes for data collection and standardization, collaborating with our innovation and tech team to integrate data into AI applications.

You will work with modern tools like Airtable, S3, Excel/Google Sheets, and automation tools (N8N, ChatGPT) to accelerate processes. Additionally, you will produce reports and track progress using ClickUp.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in data management and organization
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Basic-intermediate knowledge of regulation/compliance/legal (a plus)
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • SQL (Postgres/MySQL/SQL Server) skills
  • Legal background transitioning into tech/data
  • Experience with automations (N8N, APIs, no-code tools)
  • Startup or international project experience
