AgileEngine is seeking a talented and results-driven Software Engineer to join its engineering team. As a key member, you will help build and evolve our next-generation cloud-based compute platform for digitally delivered life insurance.
This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact at a high-growth enterprise software company in the life insurance space. You will collaborate with other developers and product managers to design and develop software in support of business applications and their worldwide delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop features that optimize Sureify's main platform.
- Evaluate and document existing integrations.
- Work with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure as code.
- Write clear technical documentation.
- Work in a dedicated Agile Delivery environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience writing production-quality code.
- Strong proficiency with React and NodeJS.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices in frontend architecture.
- Experience with Test Driven Development.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with integrating 3rd party APIs.
- Exposure to Cloud services and DevOps tools.
