Job Title: Starbucks Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Starbucks Store Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Starbucks outlet, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Direct, implement, and maintain a service and management team that meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Guest Service: Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Operations: Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
- Inventory and Supplies: Establish par levels for supplies and equipment, complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.
- Staff Management: Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts, adjust schedules throughout the week to meet business demands, and ensure that staff report to work as scheduled.
- Quality Control: Inspect outlet, check for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement to departmental standards, rectify deficiencies with respective personnel.
- Financial Management: Review sales and beverage costs for previous day, resolve discrepancies with Accounting, track actuals against budget, and develop strategies for upselling.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, some college.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role.
- Certifications: Food handling certificate.
- Skills: Knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards, fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal, provide legible communication, compute basic arithmetic, familiarity with food/beverage and labor cost controls.
