Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead technical projects from conception to completion.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, applying technical leadership skills to deliver successful Capital projects with benchmark capital costs, schedules, and high-quality products meeting defined success criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical project management experience, including troubleshooting and optimization;
- Start-up management;
- Mechanical and/or electrical systems design and collaboration with engineering contractors;
- Evaluation of equipment and processes to reduce costs and improve production rates;
- Design and testing of technical scope, vendors, and on-site production;
- Ensuring designs comply with safety and quality standards;
- Qualifying and validating equipment for intended use, working with Quality Groups to develop and execute protocols;
- Leveraging a team of internal and external resources to install and start up projects, deliver automation solutions to optimize processes, and drive simplification through digital tools.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates welcome;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, or Electronic);
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Able to live or have mobility in Seropédica, RJ.
