We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Well Path Supervisors. This key role involves on-site supervision of the Directional Drilling (DD) process, ensuring that the Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) is assembled according to predetermined plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the DD process and oversee the projection of well path to target coordinates.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding equipment layout and maintenance.
  • Assist in the completion of daily reports and BHA performance records.
  • Provide advice and analysis to clients at the well site using DD computer software.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline preferred.
  • Minimum two years of field experience in Directional Drilling, L/MWD, or SDL.
