We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Technology Analyst to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for implementing an agile development process and managing all aspects of the sprint team deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support agile principles, rules, and processes.
- Facilitate scrum meetings, iteration planning, sprint releases, sprint review, and iteration retrospective.
- Analyze requirement documents; determine project timelines within sprint cycles.
- Guide team's iterative execution of deliverables, communicate with management and stakeholders, and protect the team from uncontrolled injection of work ensuring changes are evaluated and intentional.
- Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic requirements to keep overall operations running at high performance.
- Work with the scrum teams to proactively resolve resource problems, project roadblocks, and priority conflicts.
- Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear decisions that are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
- Deliver value by providing sprint team metrics, leading project/sprint teams, and by driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders.
- Understand, apply, promote, and contribute to DOW Agile delivery methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and facilitating project proposals.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints.
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.
- Able to develop relevant metrics for project delivery and use metrics as a basis for communication and continuous improvement.
- Leverage project management software to support estimates and execution.
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master using Agile project delivery, and project management.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- English language fluency- both written and verbal.
- A degree discipline in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other Engineering Disciplines.
- IT/IS background/experience is highly desirable.
- CSM or PMP certification is preferred.
- Working experience with a variety of technologies and platforms, including data analytics and data integration platforms is a plus.
