The Role

We're seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our team as a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP). You'll play a pivotal role in driving Quote-to-Contract (Q2C) processes across the Brazil Market. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our business while delivering market-leading customer experiences.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to identify profitable commercial opportunities, improve contract performance, and ensure sustainable business outcomes.

About the Opportunity:
  • Managing Quote-to-Contract (Q2C) processes from quote management to contract monitoring, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Modeling new tenders and contracts, as well as extensions and renewals, aligned with business objectives.
  • Continuously monitoring contract financial health, driving improvements in collaboration with customers.
  • Leading negotiations and building partnerships with low to medium-high complexity customers.
  • Tracking customer performance throughout the contract lifecycle, focusing on profitability and outcomes.
  • Driving sustainable commercial deals, considering risks, competitor assumptions, and pricing strategies.
  • Acting as a key co-leader on cross-functional initiatives critical to the affiliate business plan.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA or Master's degree is recommended
  • Solid experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong background in financial modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid accounting knowledge
