Join our team as a Cybersecurity Technical Consultant and take on the challenge of safeguarding digital interactions. At Thales, we help organizations build trust in their technology by protecting data, software, and cloud services.

The role requires extensive technical knowledge and customer-facing skills to implement our data protection solutions in enterprise environments. As a Professional Services Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for deploying Thales products, providing consulting services, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with engagement specialists to scope complex deployments and ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct conference calls to review deployment plans, prerequisites, and best practices with customers.
  • Provide onsite or remote consulting services and support to Thales customers with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Record project activities in the department's project management application.
  • Develop and deliver technical hands-on product deep knowledge transfer to customers.
  • Track and ensure successful completion of high-impact projects by creating project scoping plans, design guides, and relevant documentation.
  • Function as a technical point of contact for customer deployments and mentor other team members.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer.
  • Design, deploy, and document key management solutions utilizing CipherTrust Manager and its full suite of connectors.
  • Integrate CipherTrust Manager with third-party vendor solutions, Clouds, HSMs, and databases.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Computer Science, Information Services, or related field).
  • Experience in software security consulting, customer-facing roles as a consultant, trainer, or sales engineer.
  • Experience in Enterprise PKI Engineering.
  • Encryption, key management, and hardware security modules (HSM) experience.
  • Experience in onsite and remote project delivery models.
  • Strong English language skills.
