Key Product Analyst Role in Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our agile digital team and support the development and optimization of consumer-facing healthcare websites across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with content-heavy websites, ideally in healthcare or specialized nutrition industries.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Schedule Planning: Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and refine the product backlog based on business objectives and consumer needs.
  2. User Story Definition: Translate business requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  3. Daily Stand-Ups and Retrospectives: Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives as an active Scrum team member.
  4. Competitive Benchmarking and Site Audits: Conduct competitive benchmarking, site audits, and consumer behavior analysis to uncover product insights.
  5. Implementation and Bug Resolution: Work with developers and QA to ensure accurate implementation of features and bug resolutions.
  6. Web Analytics and Data Analysis: Leverage web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, GTM) to monitor product performance and propose enhancements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a digital product team.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
    • Experience working with content-heavy websites, ideally in healthcare or specialized nutrition industries.
    • Knowledge of web analytics, user research, and UX/UI fundamentals.
    • Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Background in Healthcare or Specialized Nutrition industries.
    • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Hotjar, or Optimizely.
    • Bilingual: English and Portuguese (Americas market coordination).
