Project Manager Opportunities

This is a dynamic role in which you will oversee the implementation of projects from conception to completion. Your focus will be on developing and executing project plans, allocating resources, and conducting performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals.
  • You will identify and assign necessary resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • You will conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate team progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • You will monitor key performance indicators such as project timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and implement outages.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • You will manage contract financials and present financial reports to management on a quarterly basis.

About You

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent direct experience in project management.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • You have combined project management and field service experience in Power Generation.
  • You can deliver complex and high-value projects to multiple customers.
  • You have experience in customer-facing roles and can communicate clearly to senior management.
  • You are familiar with rotating power generation equipment (501F/G/H and/or 400F / 2000E combustion turbine).
  • You have working fluency in English and Portuguese (both verbal and written).
